1924 decision as to the withholding of
travelling facilities. We have
accordingly sent the enclosed despatch to
the Governor.
The Governor further stated in
his telegram that Nemazee is understood
to be in considerable financial difficulties
and has sold nearly all his local property.
He added that he was not prepared to
express any opinion regarding Nemazee's
future movements.
